How to Measure

Starting at one shoulder - Run the tape measure down the front of the body, through the crotch and back up to the same shoulder. Allow for the curves of the bust and abdomen. Measure comfortably over the buttocks and into the small of the back. This gives you the total torso or girth measurement. This is the most important measurement you will take when measuring athletes for leotards.
