Shipping
USA Domestic orders ship via USPS standard weight based mail services. For orders shipping outside the USA. Shipping rates will vary with destination country and package weight and be determined at checkout.
Order Processing
Most orders are ready for shipping in 1-5 business days. Custom and Personalized leotards may take up to 10 business days to ship. Shipping days are Monday - Friday and do not include weekends and holidays. There is also postal in transit time once shipped from AERO Leotards in California. Normal postal transit times are 2-5 days within the USA. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. You will receive a package tracking number via email once your order has been shipped and is in transit to it's destination.
I used the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
As long as your item is not shipped yet, it can be changed. Please contact AERO Leotards with your correct shipping address.
Once the order is shipped out (you will receive tracking info when shipped) AERO Leotards cannot make any further address changes. You need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Your local postal driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door or on your porch. All packages are shipped with GPS tracking included. AERO Leotards is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen AFTER the driver confirms delivery of the package. It is strongly recommended that you check the tracking link provided to you frequently to make sure someone is there to receive the package at the time of delivery. Or, that a secure delivery location is provided. You will receive a tracking number and link for your package once it has been shipped. Though these things do not happen often, if you are a victim of mail theft make sure to immediately file a theft claim with the United States Postal Service and provide them with the tracking confirmation we have provided.
Damaged Shipments
If your package has been damaged in transit, please retain all packaging material and contact AERO Leotards.
International Shipments
USPS International: This service takes 1-3 weeks (post office has 90 days to deliver order before it will be considered lost). In most cases this service is tracked. Any Duty, Tax, VAT or Brokerage fees imposed on shipments is the responsibility of the recipient. International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). We are not responsible for, nor can we offer, any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.
